On the nose, aromas of tropical fruits such as pineapple and passion fruit but also anise.

CHARACTER

On the palate a pleasant acidity, fresh, round and smooth with a long finish.

This wine goes very well with mushrooms, cheese, pasta with light sauces and lean meat.

The storage potential is 5 to 8 years.
