Former mandates of Christoph Zaborowski

Over the past few years, Christoph Zaborowski has been privileged to carry out a variety of, sometimes very diverse, mandates. Below is a list of his most important past mandates:

2018 - 2024: Various positions as a member of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board at Fundamenta Group Holding AG, Fundamenta Schweiz AG, and Fundamenta (Deutschland) AG. These positions were terminated as part of the acquisition of Fundamenta by Swiss Prime Site AG.

2016 - 2022: Chairman of the Board of Directors of BS2 AG. As an investor in BS2 AG, Christoph Zaborowski actively supported the company as a member of the Board of Directors in its development of products for CO2-free energy supply in buildings. In 2022, BS2 AG successfully sold its "CO2MPASS" product to Tend AG and ceased operations.

2015 - 2019: Member of the Board of Directors of Credit Suisse Funds AG. As a member of the Board of Directors, Christoph Zaborowski supported Credit Suisse's fund management company with his expertise. His mandate was terminated in favor of his work at FUndamenta.

2003 - 2014: Partner, Board Member, and Managing Director at Wüest Partner. Between 2003 and 2014, Christoph Zaborowski held various management positions at Wüest Partner and its German subsidiary.
