Aged for at least 12 months in Bordeaux oak barrels.

COLOR

Light color, with traces of gold and green.

AROMA

On the nose, aromas of tropical fruits such as pineapple and passion fruit but also anise.

CHARACTER

On the palate a pleasant acidity, fresh, round and smooth with a long finish.

This wine goes very well with mushrooms, cheese, pasta with light sauces and lean meat.

The storage potential is 5 to 8 years.
