Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 18 months of aging in French oak barriques.

Dark purple, garnet accents.

AROMA

Dark berry nose with scents of blueberries, also licorice and cocoa.

CHARACTER

Concentrated, very fruity, and warming on the palate. Plums and a hint of wild thyme. The tannins are at the beginning of their ripeness and skillfully integrated. Delicious roasted aromas, dark chocolate, and a hint of Cuban tobacco. Very long, mineral finish.

The wine goes very well with strong red meat from the charcoal grill, or simply as a wine to indulge in, without anything else.

The optimal serving temperature is 16° - 18° C.
