The portal focuses on the digitalization of professional transaction processes, both on the seller and buyer side. In addition to institutional investors, private investors and developers are targeted as customers. The portal's target audience also includes brokers and major brokerage firms. The promoter, Deal Estate AG, does not act as an intermediary itself. It simply provides the innovative application to market participants.
Alpasión is a winery and lodge in the Uco Valley in Argentina.
Alpasión has been the idea of a group of friends who came together to produce high-quality, organic wine and build a lodge with the highest standards of quality, design, and, last but not least, environmental sustainability. The winery and lodge have existed since 2012, and in this short time, the wine has already received numerous awards. The lodge, with its seven rooms and seven glamping tents, has achieved top marks on various rating portals.

Former investments:
BS2 AG has developed CO2-free heating and cooling systems for buildings until 2022. The ZELEGANZ system developed by BS2 was revolutionary when it was launched in the field of comprehensive CO2-free and economical energy generation for buildings.
The overall system included perfectly coordinated heat pumps with geothermal probes and a solar roof. The company was based on the research work of Prof. Hansjürg Leibundgut.
BS2 AG also developed the Co2mpass . With the Co2mpass, energy-saving measures can be planned quickly and reliably for entire real estate portfolios and CO2 reduction pathways identified. The Co2mpass was sold to Tend AG in 2022, where it is being used very successfully to advise its clients.
In 2022, BS2 AG ceased its business activities.
